What we can't help with
- Personalised "which exact setup should I buy" decisions by email. Start with the beginner's guide and the buyer guides — they're built to answer that with the trade-offs laid out, and the setup tools match the gear to your species.
- Veterinary or health questions. We give general husbandry information, not veterinary advice. If your animal is unwell, off its food, or behaving abnormally, see a qualified reptile vet.
- Local species-legality or licensing questions — your local authority or herp society is the best source.
